We’re currently a two-person team and endeavour to package every in-stock order received before 11am GMT on the same working day.
If your order includes a pre-order item, your full order will ship once that item becomes available. Estimated dispatch dates for pre-order products are clearly outlined on the relevant product page, so please refer there for the most up-to-date information.
If you require in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

As a small team, we begin processing orders quickly, so depending on the nature of your request, we may not be able to accommodate all amendments. We’ll always do our best to help where possible.

Merchandise (apparel, accessories, ceramics, etc.)
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and with swing tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
Coffee
As coffee is a perishable food product, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Refunds for approved returns will be processed once items have been received and inspected.
